We are a local, private investment company in the LC Valley WA/ID. We buy properties and hold them as rental units, rehab properties to improve our communities then resell them to retail buyers. We work side by side with other investors to help them get great rates of return while increasing their net worth through securing the investment with real estates. 

We pride ourselves on helping our sellers explore all of their options for selling. Putting your home on the market with a realtor is not always the best option.
